We hope you are pleased with the item you purchased. However, should you wish to return an unwanted item back to us, we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange for another item.
Unwanted items can be returned as long as you let us know within 60 days from the original purchase date. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using the item(s), install, make adjustments or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ unused condition in their original packaging with all accessories. Used goods returned may be subject to a restocking fee/or may be rejected if not re-sellable this does not effect your statutory rights.
Faulty goods returned under 60 days of purchase will be exchanged or refunded if no stock is available. Faulty goods returned after 60 days of purchase will be repaired, exchanged or refunded if no stock is available and dependent on the manufacturers warranty procedure.
We are unable to refund Items that are classified as Hygiene Sensitive or Media & Software (Headphones, Mapping Cards, DVD’s & Redemption Codes etc.), if opened and will only be exchanged if faulty.
Refunds & Exchanges will be processed once the item has arrived back at our Peterborough Store and our Returns Department inspection has been completed, this normally takes 48 - 72 hours.
