Why do I need Kerb Rides for my GoKart?

These Kerb Riders prevent the chassis from contacting the ground and wearing down the frame. A Go-kart Chassis is made from Molybdenum chrome steel and is only around 1.6mm in thickness. Wear to the chassis will quickly deteriorate the karts handling and overall performance.

Are they strong enough?

4D Motorsports' Kerb Riders are made from high quality ASA which is a much tougher, impact resistance material than something like PETG which we have seen commonly used in 3D printed Kerb Riders. PETG has impact resistance of around 8.6kJ/m², whilst ASA is more than double at 18kJ/m². Additionally, these are printed completely solid with 100% infill and large diameter nozzle, further increasing strength and bridging the gap between additive manufacturing and expensive injection molding, helping to keep the price down for the end consumer.
