Vintage 51cm Yellow & Orange Serotta Custom Road / Tour / Racing Bike Frame and Fork. Serotta Custom, I suspect it's from mid to late 1980s, Very interesting hanger as it's part lugged and part fillet brazed, Frame set has nice paint but really to good to be true, it's possibly a repaint or it could be original. 51cm since Serotta official size measures center to center. The Size is: Seat tube 51cm Center to Center or 52.5cm Center to Top with a 53cm center to center top tube. The Head tube is 99mm. I suspect the tubes are Columbus Steel Tubing with Campagnolo Dropouts. The 1" Threaded Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 130m Rear Spacing. The serial # S10XX. Made in the USA. Used Frame with Nice orange & yellow color, paint has an iridescent metallic look, It looks to be a repaint as it's too nice to be original, it has a few nicks, the forks steer tube had some surface rust, nice looking frame I suspect it was used a lot and was well loved and and possibly repainted, if it was repainted I think it was sent back to Serotta, the rust on the fork tube tells me it saw a lot of use or possibly some on a trainer. What's shown for sale weighs a tad over 5 1/4 lbs. This frame had 700c wheels and tires, Not Included but for wheel size reference, and possibly available in our ebay store. Need other Frames?
