These are mini fold-up scissors...approximately 3" long with only a 1" long blade.  Still pretty sharp and shiny! (Sorry the color in photo is a reflection off my shirt). They have a little hole on handle so you can attach to your purse or a craft item. I purchased these a while ago to put on candy wreaths that I made for craft shows but no longer do crafts. Cleaning out our storage area. Price is for 4 pairs.
