The rug and Cushion covers are sent in the Folded manner and the
wrinkles of the folds are easily removed and Rug Easily Laid Down.
Duties
/ Taxes: - Country specification Import Fee and taxes and charges are
the responsibility of the buyer and it will be paid by the buyer at the
time of the delivery of the order (we will provide Free shipping for all
orders.
The thickness of Product: - Thickness of the Braided Goods 5 -7 MM
Smell:-
if any smell in the product, this is not a chemical smell it only
smells of the raw jute, and it's easily removable, please put the
Rug/cushion cover outside in a sunny area its automatic remover in few
days.
Delivery
/ Tracking:- Orders are shipped within 1-3 Business days and we used
the Express Shipping Through DHL Express and FedEx and it will take 5-7
Business days Subject Buyer Country Custom clearance.
Return
and Defect Policy: - if you are not satisfied with our product, you may
return your order within 10- 15 days from the date of shipment
received. The item must be returned in its original condition. Shipping
charges are not refundable.
Care/ Cleaning instruction:-
Natural Fibres are highly absorbent and should be cleaned regularly.
Vacuum regularly to prevent dirt from becoming trapped in the fibres.
Regularly vacuuming, rotation and occasional gentle shake will keep the rugs looking their best.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.
