This is a great vintage 1961 Rolex Oyster Perpetual ref. 1002 with silver dial and original smooth bezel out of an estate!
The watch is in a 34 mm stainless steel case with stainless steel smooth bezel. Needs a 19 mm strap. The case has light scratches, same with the crystal. There are also some dings in the polished part on the case back. The dial and hands are in really good condition for its age. See photos for condition.
Serial number 664XXX, dates to 1961. Inside the case back is also date-coded II.61.
The watch is currently running but feels very stiff to wind up. The second hand will move for a few seconds if you rock the watch back and forth, but I can't get it to run. The watch will need serviced after purchase.
