A reprint of the photo book "Shikishima" published by photographer Tamiko Nishimura from the Tokyo College of Photography (currently Tokyo Visual Arts) in 1973. Consists of photographs taken while traveling to Hokkaido, Tohoku, Hokuriku, Kanto, Kansai, and Chugoku regions from 1969 to 1972. An almost complete reprint that follows the version, binding, photographs, and layout of the time and is as close to the original as possible. "Separate volume Shikishima" edited with 18 unpublished photographs at that time is also included as an appendix. Printing is a four-plate high-definition printing that uses the latest technology and combines FM screening and AM screening.
