The guitar is in great condition. It does have a fair amount of light scratching on the back of the body as a result of belt rash. There is also very light wear from play on the guitar in various places but nothing outstanding. The frets have some minor signs of wear but there is plenty of life left in them. The action at the 12th fret is 2mm.
