Magnesium 500 Doppelherz - 2-phase release tablets with 2 different layers (200 mg fast release, 300 mg slow release)
Magnesium contributes to:

Method of administration:
Take ½ - 1 tablet daily, unmeasured, with a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid.
In case of magnesium deficiency due to physical exertion during work or sports activities, in combination with a diet poor in this mineral, it is recommended to supplement with one tablet per day. If it is only an unbalanced diet low in Magnesium, it is recommended to supplement with ½ tablet.
