why it can not work?

1.check weather you have connect the micro cable,it is 5v,do not use over 5v power adapter

2 Check weather you have buy right . it is av (dvd) to hdmi (TV) converter . It can not use for hdmi to av

3.As for It does not support 4K,so please Switch 720p/1080p buttom

4 .if it has not audio, please check that you have connect L/R port and Switch 720p/1080p(to right resolution)
