This ad is for the Boeing Aircraft Company. The ad has a photo of a Flying Fortress in flight. A large gash has cut almost completely through the rear of the plane.

 Ad text starts “No Achilles heel” and goes on about the Flying Fortress design and its ‘flyability’ even when severely damaged.

This ad is full page, approx. 7” x 10”, carefully removed from an actual 1943 magazine.
