Plastic octopus has a button underneath and when he is placed on a surface his colour will change to match the surface he is on but it doesn't like dark surfaces and he will also speak. One saying is a little distorted but apart from that all ok. Have tried to show in the photos he does change from red,green,yellow and orange.

Plush is in very good, clean condition.
