Our Tundra systems feature extended length ductile iron steering knuckles that have been designed to operate within the factory steering geometry. This geometry provides proper turning radius with oversized tires and wheels. The factory lower control arms are relocated with high arched 1/4" thick steel crossmembers with an integrated differential skid plate for protection against offroad obstacles. The factory front sway bar is retained and utilizes sway bar drops. The Basic system features a heavy duty shock spacer system that retains the stock coilover shocks without disassembly for a factory like ride. This system utilizes a 3" block and u-bolt system for rear lift.

We provide manufacturer's warranty on all products that we sell.
In order to qualify for warranty you need to provide us with detailed pictures of the issue and a description of what is happening.
We then send this information to manufacturer for their decision either to grant or reject the warranty.
If warranty is granted we need the item to be sent back with return instructions provided. Once delivered and inspected we then send out a replacement.
Shipping is paid by the BUYER both ways to and from manufacturer for all warranty issues.
If you need a replacement before sending out a defective item (ex: replacing a shock absorber) we will take a refundable deposit for an item and ship the replacement and issue a refund once you send us back the defective item and manufacturer approves the warranty.

In case of our fault we provide a free replacement or a full refund with prepaid return shipping. Item must be shipped back and in transit before we ship a replacement item to you.
Items must be returned within the stated time frame in the same condition as we sent them. Any product you return must be in new, unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the hardware, ties, bushings, additional items and documentation that were included when you received it.
Pay attention, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if you are returning opened item, or if it has signs of use, damaged or incomplete item unless it’s our mistake (when the item does not correspond to description).

A buyer can request a cancellation up to an hour after the transaction, as long as the seller has not shipped the item.
Orders that are canceled after they are processed and packaged for shipment will be charged a rerouting fee.
For packages that are refused at the time of delivery all return shipping fees will be deducted from the return credit.

• Some or all packages we ship may require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If on the 3rd attempt no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for all return shipping to us and any charges to re-ship the package back to you
• Shipments to apo or fpo addresses will have to be coordinated beforehand in order to calculate total shipping
