Veronica Yip release issued in a "gatefold" digipak with a black plastic tray and an 11-page photo/lyric booklet that is glued to the inside of the cover. Catalog number on spine. 

CD is in mint, like new condition. Digicase is very nice with only minimal wear. The inside cover where it is glued has puckers or bubbled (see pic), otherwise excellent and without thumb creases.
