If ordered by 2pm Monday - Friday your card will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the following working day. Orders are sent in a hardback envelope via Royal Mail Second Class post.

We accept returns within 30 days providing the item has not been used or damaged. We cannot refund return postage costs. If your item is damaged upon delivery or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours with details and photos if necessary.
