This is a vintage ribbon Pinback from the Lincoln Post No 1 dept of Cal and Nev 37th National Encampment August, 1903 San Francisco, California. The Pinback part says GAR which is the Grand Army Of The Republic. The ribbon has some threads coming loose so please look at the pictures to see the condition. Thanks for looking.
