This listing is for a Donna Karan dark brown nylon and leather portfolio carry all briefcase. The briefcase can be worn as a shoulder bag. There is a 1 3/4" strap across the top of the bag, with a twist and turn clasp for closure. Under the flap, there is a large pocket. Inside the bag, there is a black cloth lining, with a zipper section in the middle that divides the bag into two additional sections. I am not certain if the leather is genuine or faux leather, since it is not marked.  The briefcase does not have any rips or holes on the inside or outside, but there are some spots and 1/2" scratch on the bottom (see my pictures for details and condition).
