Hi everybody. This is a 3" x 5" index card signed by Ed Donohue. This index card originally belonged to longtime collector Dwight Chapin. Chapin, who was a sports columnist for The San Francisco Chronicle, started collecting back in 1952. He wrote to athletes and other notable people to ask for their autograph. His very first signature success came from Ty Cobb.

This autograph was originally sold as part of a large college basketball autograph collection at a Huggins & Scott Auction on November 9, 2017. The entire collection was authenticated by James Spence of JSA. The last two photos of this listing show the letter of authenticity from JSA and Huggins & Scott. The letter mentions every individual autograph in the collection, including this one. I'll include a printed copy of the letter with this listing.

Please see photo for condition.
