Direct from a local estate in a nice frame, triple matted and ready to hang.  Outstanding condition in all regards, print appears to be mint, no holes, no rips, no damage.  Frame is excellent, has a few subtle surface scratches but tight, square, free of cracks etc.  Mattes look great.  Glass is free of chips or cracks, no water damage etc.  See pics for best description, send any questions, thanks!
