This is a toddle girls outfit in size 4.

The black tee is from Gymboree and New with tags.  It has pretty lace trim at the neckline and sleeves. The skirt is by Jumping Beans. Also, size 4. It is cotton and has a polyester underskirt with a bit of pouf. The front waistband is flat, and the back is elastic. It has a  cute silver mouse head on the front waist. The waist measures 19-20" and the skirt is 10.25" long.

Such a cute set for everyday and adorable and comfy for a trip to Disney.
