This vintage Asian pot,  jar or  vase is a stunning piece of art that will add a touch of elegance to any room

It is made of pottery,  ceramic , clay? And has an inscription, characters on it.

The textured sides have incised large Chinese /Japanese   characters with inscribed smaller characters around the sides. Fully decorated, it is lovely from all sides.
