Made by Glynne Percy in the Philippines, owned by the same company as Feltman Brothers, this little soft blue cotton blend collar bib suit features pintucks on the chest and a sailor collar embroidered with yellow cars.

The collar, short sleeves cuffs, and leg cuffs all have pale yellow piping detail.

The romper buttons in the back and crotch for easy changing.
