Great condition. Heavy tapestry material in pretty brown, tan, and cream colors. 

Small hole at top of right pocket where stitching has come loose, not noticeable but should be mentioned. 

Very light yellowing along neckline, small brown spot on right collar. 

Coat has not been cleaned. 

Fully lined. 

Marked vintage size 8. 

While flat measures about 19.5" across chest, 34" long and has 16" arm inseams.
