The requirements of FSSC 22000 make it possible to control not only the entire production cycle, but also secondary processes which can affect product quality and safety. They also ensure that ingredients which can have a negative health impact are excluded. The FSSC 22000 model is recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
