TESS tea production is certified according to the Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC) scheme, the most effective model in the field of food safety. The requirements of FSSC 22000 make it possible to control not only the entire production cycle, but also secondary processes which can affect product quality and safety. They also ensure that ingredients which can have a negative health impact are excluded. The FSSC 22000 model is recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
