Condition is very good.  There is light wear on the cogs.  Some of the cog teeth, particularly 1 and 4 show wear/discoloration although the actual tooth is not rounded.  The cogs have been removed, all cleaned, and reinstalled. It could almost pass as new.   It came out great.  There is little to no wear on any of the cogs. It spins smoothly.
