Scope of application:
1.Thermal relays are mainly used for the overload and phase break protection of three-phase motors.
2. Thermal relays usually work together with AC contactors.
3. If the motor is single-phase 220 V, as the thermal relay has phase break protection, so the wiring should be connected to all three phases and jumpered, otherwise it will not work properly, it is recommended to use a single-phase 220 V motor protector.
4. If the equipment is heating type and not motor type, it is not recommended to use thermal relay, thermal relay is current protection, heating equipment is temperature protection.
5. thermal relay power failure protection is normal work, please set the protection current value reasonably.
6. More professional products to protect motors are recommended to use motor protectors.
7.After receiving the goods, adjust the value of the turntable to the rated current value of the motor --- the number in front of the kilowatt multiplied by 2. (According to the actual working current value is slightly larger, it is strictly forbidden to set it too much than the rated current value, otherwise the thermal relay will lose the role of protecting the motor.) If the setting is less than the rated current value of the motor, it will cause unnecessary power-off protection, so please set it reasonably)
