The light is Medium, not too bright and not dim. 

The  Color Tone of Light is - 4000K - See the last picture. 

The Light Fixture can be adjusted to a different Angle, - Lower or Upper. 

But once you switch the screw tight, the Light Fixture sit in place unmovable.
