This is a hardcover yearbook filed with AUTOGRAPHS!
With embossed leather covers.
Dark brown, textured leather covers and spine with embossed decoration.
Name "SAMPLER 1937" embossed and gilt.
College "Coat-of-Arms" graphic also embossed and gilt.
Name Elaine Methany embossed on cover
"Sampler 1937" also embossed and gilt on spine. Spine and back are same textured leather as the front.
Covers have wear.
Damage and wear at corners and spine ends. Please see photos.
Covers could probably benefit from a gentle cleaning.
Clean, unmarked endpapers.
Several pages have full color illustrations (drawings) of women in an old fashioned style (see photo) and talk about a (fictional?) Susie Smith.
A little foxing in margins of some pages but otherwise clean and undamaged except for MANY AUTOGRAPHS
Autographs and personal inscriptions throughout this book!
Women Seniors each have a full page to themselves with photo and caption (see photos)
non-Seniors have several photos to a page with photos and name /home location.
Plus all the usual yearbook type photos, groups and clubs, athletics, casual phots etc.
One special feature is the section called "Statistics" that feature beautiful, large full page portraits of

plus others as "Best All Around", "Most Attractive Senior", "Most Attractive Junior",

Also pages devoted to "State Clubs" where the ladies pose in group pictures according to their home state
if there are enough girls from that state to form a group.
"Alabama Club', "New York Club", "Texas Club", the Texas club is large so has two photos.
Michigan girls are part of the "Tri-State" photo.

All photos are of exact item taken with phone in average lighting.
I notice that some of the interior photos show a yellowish or golden tint to the glossy pages tint that is not really there.
