New Old Stock (NOS) true vintage iron on tee shirt transfer from everybody's favorite beach shop, The Rat's Hole.  There were stores in Daytona, St. Petersberg, and Las Vegas.  The shop closed in the end of the '80s.  I do have multiple images of these desdstock transfers. They may have edge wear and the transfer paper may have age spotting which will not affect the actual transfer. 

Photos in which the transfer appears backwards are most indicative of the color the transfer will be on a shirt. The images in which the transfer is facing backward are lighter due to the waxy paper being in place.  Your options for applying the transfer are to follow directions found online carefully or to take the transfer to a local shirt shop for them to do so.  Adding it to a vintage shirt would make the item complete.  I cannot guarantee how the transfer will turn out for you.  I will send a portion of a damaged transfer with your purchase so that you may "practice" before attempting the real thing.
