L’Azienda Agricola Attilio Barbisoni, nasce nella metà degli anni 80 in Franciacorta. I nostri vigneti si estendono tra il lago d’Iseo e il lago di Garda nei pressi della città di Brescia. The Attilio Barbisoni farm was founded in the mid-80s in Franciacorta. Our vineyards extend between Lake Iseo and Lake Garda near the city of Brescia. Attilio, begins his production of fine wines, called Franciacorta, using methods that allow to obtain a quality product, recognized by the D.O.C.G. (of controlled and guaranteed origin).

Unsere Weingärten liegen zwischen dem Iseo-See und dem Garda-See, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Stadt Brescia.
Zu diesen Zeiten beginnt Attilio mit seiner Produktion von ausgezeichneten Qualitätsweinen, die Franciacorta denominiert sind. Seine Herstellungsmethode erlaubt ihm ein ausgezeichnetes Qualitätsprodukt zu erlangen. Seine Weine sind D.O.C.G. anerkannt ,dh: herkunfs-und qualitätsmässig garantiert.

MODALITA' DI PAGAMENTO
L'unico metodo di pagamento accettato è PayPal e Carte di Credito (tramite procedura da ospite in PayPal). In caso di mancato pagamento dal 5° giorno apriremo una procedura per ONP (offerente non pagante) e dal 7° giorno la chiuderemo con segnalazione di oggetto non pagato e rimetteremo in vendita il prodotto.
FATTURAZIONE
L'acquirente che voglia la fattura deve richiederla tramite messaggio e comunicare i seguenti dati una volta completato il pagamento, il tutto obbligatorio ai fini fiscali. I dati da fornire sono in caso di persona fisica Nome, Cognome, Codice Fiscale, Indirizzo, Partita Iva e in caso di società o liberi professionisti Ragione Sociale, P.Iva, Codice Univoco per Fatturazione elettronica (solo per attività in Italia).
SPEDIZIONE
La spedizione viene effettuata entro 2 giorni lavorativi, dal lunedì al venerdì tramite Corriere Espresso (tranne se diversamente indicato nell'inserzione). La consegna dei prodotti avverrà all'indirizzo fornito dall'acquirente nei tempi e nei modi previsti dal corriere espresso. L'indirizzo di spedizione utilizzato sarò quello fornito in automatico da eBay siete pregati quindi di verificare la correttezza dei dati prima di effettuare l'ordine, non ci assumiamo responsabilità se questi indirizzi non risulteranno corretti.
CONSEGNA IN SEDE
La consegna della merce presso la nostra sede è sempre gratuita, ma dovrà essere concordato preventivamente. Non verrà consegnata merce senza appuntamento fissato. Chi volesse effettuare il ritiro a mano è pregato di inviare la richiesta tramite messaggio. In caso di assenza del destinatario al momento della consegna lo stesso dovrà contattare il corriere per fissarne una nuova. In caso il pacco rientri presso il nostro deposito per reiterata mancata consegna una nuova spedizione sarà a carico dell'acquirente, altrimenti il pacco rimarrà a disposizione per il ritiro presso la nostra sede per 14 giorni.

RECESSO
Ogni prodotto è coperto dalla garanzia del diritto di recesso, prevista dal D.L. 6 settembre 2005 n. 206 e successive modificazioni. Il diritto di recesso deve essere esercitato entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla consegna del prodotto con comunicazione scritta. La richiesta deve contenere espressamente la volontà 'dell'utente' di avvalersi del diritto di recesso, l'indicazione del prodotto, l'oggetto della contestazione, la descrizione dell'ordine relativo e copia del documento di trasporto. La restituzione dell'importo complessivo potrà essere accettata solo se il prodotto sarà integro e se lo stesso non sia stato utilizzato, messo in funzione o usurato. Il rimborso del corrispettivo avverrà entro 14 giorni dall'arrivo della comunicazione di recesso.
GARANZIA
In caso la merce o parte di essa arrivi danneggiata o presenti difetti il venditore provvederà alla sostituzione o al rimborso delle stessa, il cliente dovrà tempestivamente comunicare la problematica al venditore e inviare materiale fotografico a prova degli eventuali danni. Le bottiglie danneggiate verranno ritirate e sostituite o in altro caso rimborsate. Non verrà effettuata nessuna sostituzione o rimborso senza le prove fotografiche e senza la restituzione della merce.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

BILLING

DELIVERY ON SITE

WARRANTY

LIVRAISON SUR PLACE

RETRAIT

GARANTIE
