This is the Laugh and Learn Countin' Reps Dumbbell.  It is made by Fisher Price.  The dumbbell is green with a face on the front.  The top is blue with a picture of puppy working out.  The bottom lights up and has tiny colorful beads that rattle. There is a red button with 123 on it and an orange one with ABC.  The dumbbell introduces numbers, opposites, and healthy habits.  It lights up, talks, and plays music.  It has an on/off switch near the push buttons.  The dumbbell uses 3 LR44 button cell batteries, not included. It is in excellent condition with only a few small marks from play.  So much fun!
