How to use:

1. Put in a nasal rinse mix.

2. Pour into warm water(about 37°C) to 500ml.

3. Close cap and shake(Be sure to select the child nasal wash nozzle for children. Children cannot use adult nozzle)

4. Start nasal wash. Breathe through your mouth.

5. You can put it in boiling water to sterilize it, you can put it 98℃ boiling water,

6. You can use it every evening , it base on your mind.
