DESCRIPTION: 

This listing is for a 1930's era small original woodcut / woodblock print. The image depicts ducks, geese, water fowl in a water setting by American artist Douglas Hall. Paper has even age-related darkening. 

I acquired a collection of 50 distinct woodcut / woodblock prints by the WPA / New Deal era American artist Douglas Hall (born 1885 - died ??). Very little is available online about the artist except that he lived/worked in Illinois and Michigan. One of his signed prints, "Jack & Jinny" is in the collection of the University of Michigan Museum of Art.
