Include your original invoice as proof of purchase, and if resealing boxes, use clear tape and not coloured packing tape or duct tape. A refund, less shipping, will be applied to the original form of payment, or if requested, products can be exchanged. Handling charges will apply if goods are not returned in a resalable condition, and the original packaging is damaged.
