This kind of brooches usually was made with English silversmiths SAMPSON MORDAN but unfortunately can’t see he’s name on any part of this brooch part from 9ct gold hallmarks. Most probably it is faded .

SO WE ONLY HAVE THE GOLD HALLMARKS NOT THE MAKER MARKS .
