Antique Style Solid 9ct Yellow Gold Pill Box Or Vesta Case or Sweetex box ,

It have london hallmarks dated 1974

It is generally in good condition for 48 and half years old it have one tiny tiny ding as I managed to in large the picture in gallery,

It have a tiny small lid on the top part surly for few sizes of pills ,

It looks like cartier design but can’t see the maker mark

As it’s faded away !

On the base have some kind of engraving but not enough clear for me to see what it says,
