This is a rare and very early c1870-75 vintage Cope Bros&Co PEERLESS BRAND CIGARETOS 1,000 size wooden CIGARETOS box.It has a paper label of a pretty young Victorian lady on the lid and on the bottom of the paper top label it has Entered at Stationers Hall Printed at the Tobacco Plant Office with a possible date code No 723 possibly for 1873.It is in a very good condition with obvious signs of age and its overall measurements are 41.5cm long x 23.5cm wide x 15cm tall/deep.
