23BC13U12 up for sale is a nice used brass  cover used on the early synchron Hansen motors that were used on many vintage electric clocks , this cover is in good used shape and comes as shown in the photos , the cover has a hole where you can see the motor running this hole is missing the small plastic cover that covers this from dust and debris so you can add one of your own or use clear tape to cover this when you install this on your motor , 

 this design was used on many electric clocks over the years and should fit most C type and many other  hansen movemets used in many neon wall clocks and ofher electric wall clocks ,
