This is the My First Tackle Box soft plush set. It is made by Gund.  The tackle box is blue with a red fish and a yellow fish as well as 3 blue bubbles on the front  The lid is dark green.  It has "My First Tackle Box" embroidered in yellow.  It has a white handle and velcro closure.  The tackle box comes with 2 plush fish and a fishing pole.  The blue fish has a squeaker inside and the fishing pole has crinkle paper.  There is velcro on the fishing pole to catch the fish. All of the pieces fit inside the tackle box.  It is in excellent condition with a couple of small marks from play.  So fun for your little fisherman!
