Clean and straight rule; edges seem smooth, less "dings" then normally expected. Markings are clean and legible; "UNIVERSITY 64" and "GERMANY". One spot that appears to be adhesive near the "7 & 30" mark, might be able to remove, I chose not to try and risk damage.  Overall length is approx. 12-3/4" long x1" sides. Please see photos, I try and capture the good and the bad through close-up images.
