1999 United States Mint Proof Set. 

This set includes the blue box, Certificate of Authenticity, and two separate plastic cases with the enclosed 1999 Proof Coins.  The coins included in this set are the Lincoln penny, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime, Kennedy half dollar, and the five state quarters from 1999.  The 1999 state quarters are Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia and Connecticut.
