I believe the condition is like new but see the photos for yourself and you can be the judge. It was read once and place on a shelf. However, you can see from the photos when the book lays flat the front cover doesn’t stay down. Not sure why that is. I’m not a professional comic book grader so make your own decision I the condition. It will come bagged and boarded.
