For sale is a gently used Japanese (100V/5W) Yamaha APD-2 goldk AC3RF demodulator.
This is what you need between your AC3RF-capable LaserDisc player and your A/V receiver COAX IN to transform the Modulated AC3 signal on LD to standard AC3 5.1 bitstream.
Unit was successfully tested as able to convert AC3RF to AC3 personally.
Since it's a 100V Japanese model, it is recommended to use a step-down converter when used on 120V (North America) or a transformer when used on 220-240V (Europe).
