If you decide that an item is unsuitable, or you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase, on items which are in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached. For further information on the returns procedure, please message us via eBay messages.
Your return parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore please keep proof of postage. We recommend using Royal Mail recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or don't fit.
