February 20, 1962 John Glenn became the first American to orbit the Earth.  This year we celebrate the 60th Anniversary and I offer you this custom designed and built display.  You are buying a custom designed 3D printed 1/110 model kit of Launch Complex 14 Umbilical Tower.  This kit was designed to accompany the Revell Everything Is Go (as well as other versions) John Glenn Mercury Atlas model.  There are 7 pieces, when assembled it measures about 11" tall.  It is designed to match up against the launch pad, the back support extends past the pad and the arm can be positioned against the rocket or in the upright position.  See photos for details.  The version offered is unassembled and not painted, you will have to remove the print supports from the pieces and glue them together.  The kit is printed in red to make painting easier.  *Shown is the test print model and my Revell kit*   Rocket and launch pad are not included in this auction, nor is the Mobile Service Tower.  This is for the side umbilical tower only.  A great addition to your model collection.

See my other listings for the Launch Complex 14 Mobile Service Tower and the John Glenn Mercury Atlas pad and rocket kit.
