This is the third instalment of the From the Shroud zine, for the Swords and Sorcery Tabletop Roleplaying Game Crypts and Things and other OSR/TTRG games.
The planet Zarth is the game's default setting, a mixture of Swords and Sorcery, and Dark Fantasy. Previous issues have focused on the Shroud itself, a shadowy grey dimension that surrounds the dying world of Zarth. In this issue, goes full colour and step through the magic gates found in the Shroud, Into the hellish Other Worlds that the demonic Others originate from.
Sixteen of these worlds are detailed through short tales of terror that give an evocative description of the world, some of its more notable inhabitants (non-player characters and monsters) and some adventure ideas if your player characters are every unlucky enough to find themselves trapped there. Each tale is illustrated by at least one full-colour piece of art.
