It is rich in vitamin C, carotenoids, flavonoids.

Hibiscus tea is ruby in color and is known as sweet and sour taste tea. It is widely available in the market throughout the tea drinking world and can be consumed hot or cold depending on one's preference. It is low in calories and contains no caffeine.

Manner of use  Infusion  Pour 1 kg of herb into a cup of boiling water and leave it covered for 10 minutes.

Beverage  Boil 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp of hibiscus in a kettle for 2-3 minutes. Strain and drink, three times a day.

You can also add cinnamon or ginger for more flavor.
