24.75" Scale Rosewood Fretboard DIY Semi-Finished  Choose Your Style Fingerboard

You may have to smooth in corners of binding with acetone. They still need work. The hard work is done for you.
This allows you to still build your own instrument but alleviates the need for expensive tools and jigs to get a precise finish.

The 24 fret boards can certainly be cut and used as 22 or 20 fret
If you need binding, dots, fret board oil or anything like that, message me before you purchase. 
I might be able to throw in some free stuff if we have it in the shop. I usually have binding for sale as well
The best tip I have for installing is to drive in a wire brad to your neck in two spots, on an angle, top and bottom.
Cut the head off the brad and now you have a pin you can press the fret board onto before you glue and get a nice seat.
For fret boards with the frets installed. The blanks will be bowed. The frets are not seated yet. Once you flatten it down and it dries, then seat your frets and finish it. be careful the frets can fall out before it is glued down. It may be easier for you to install frets after.
