Here comes x2 immaculate Power Steering Boxes for the Mercedes W123/W116 & for the R107/R109 from ShopyHut which is refurbished to the core.

It can fit the W116 R109 & W123 & R107 but please double check for the R107/R109 chassis as I am not too sure.

The worm sector has been re-splined and the sector gear has been resurfaced on the lathe too.

All the ball bearings have been replaced which slide on the worm and so are the seals. The top worm gear seal and the pitman arm seal are both replaced.

Tried and tested on my car and can show you the video clip as well if requested.

The steering play has been adjusted as per factory specs however I would strongly advise to inspect ball joints and tie rod for play before installing the box.

I wouldn’t suggest to try to reduce the play further as it would strain the worm gear.

I have drained the power steering oil so the buyer will have to fill it up with the proper grade oil before use.

There is no play at all on the worm gear if you hold the pitman arm and no play in the pitman arm if you hold the worm gear.

This box has plenty of life to give to your baby if you maintain and look after it properly.

Painted in black Hammerlite paint and coated with clear lacquer to give it a shine - it belongs to a person who maintains its shine.

Its the cheapest selling on Ebay so grab yourself a New year bargain.
