This is a girls size 2T witch dress and hat costume.  It appears to be handmade.  The top of the dress is black and the skirt is orange.  It has a black tulle overlay.  It has an orange ribbon with black polka dots around the waist.  The dress has short sleeves made of tulle.  The dress has a zipper in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  The hat is black with an orange ribbon bow that has black polka dots.  The dress measures 21" long with an 18" waist and is 10 1/2" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  So cute!
